My stay at Casablanca On The Ocean East Tower was quite disappointing. While I appreciated the beach access and amenities, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The cleanliness in my room was subpar, with dirty kitchenware and towels. I encountered issues with air conditioning and unable to receive proper assistance from the staff, which contributed to my dissatisfaction.
